With so many people not able to go to Mass anymore, it is as important as ever to devote our time to the Daily Office. Some people and families are trying to figure out how to do this at home for the first time, and I wanted to share some help.
First off, here is a great explanation of how to say Morning and Evening Prayer by Fr. Myles Hixson from Holy Cross in Knoxville, TN.
Second, if you want to listen to someone saying the Daily Office, I would suggest Cradle of Prayer, Fr. Brian Oldfield, and Fr. Richard Tarsitano.
